The first meeting of the committee of senior officers in the Pinky case was held, in which important decisions related to the case were taken.
The committee meeting was chaired by Additional IG Karachi Azad Khan, in which DIGs Asad Raza, Azfar Mahesar, Aamir Farooqui, Shiraz Nazir, and SS Samiullah Soomro also participated.
DIG South Asad Raza briefed the committee in detail about the progress of the case.
The meeting also directed relevant institutions including the FIA and ANF to write letters.
It was decided in the meeting that Anmol’s drug users will be made witnesses in the cases. Contacts will be made with Pinky Cartel drug users.
It was also decided that the people who gave voluntary statements against Pinky would be witnesses in the case.
The meeting decided to conduct a detailed and meticulous review of Pinky Cartel’s bank accounts and use technical resources to trace the transfer of funds to the accounts and the dealer network
