Glowing Tribute Paid to Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry in Dubai for His Services to the Kashmir Cause

A reception was hosted in Dubai by Al Sheikh Brothers in honor of Member Kashmir Executive Committee Pakistan Peoples Party, Chaudhry Mehboob Advocate, District Councilor Sarhota Samror Rustam Chaudhry, and prominent political and social figure Seth Talib. The event was attended by notable members of the Pakistani and Kashmiri community in the UAE.

The gathering primarily focused on paying tribute to the late President of Azad Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry. The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Usman Chaudhry, followed by Fateha and special prayers for the departed soul.

Speaking to the media, Chaudhry Mehboob Advocate said that Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry played a vital role in highlighting the Kashmir issue at the international level and that his contributions will always be remembered. He described him as not only a leader for Kashmir but also an international figure.

Rustam Chaudhry stated that the credit for organizing global long marches in the UK and protests in front of the Indian Embassy goes to Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, who effectively raised the Kashmir issue worldwide and exposed India before the international community.

PYO UAE President Farooq Baniyan said that Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry ruled politics for forty years and also ruled the hearts of Kashmiris. He added that being laid to rest with a gun carriage salute was recognition of his lifelong services, which will always be remembered.

The hosts of the event, senior journalist Jamshed Shakir, Nisar Sheikh, and Rashid Sheikh, thanked the guests for their participation.
