Chief Justice of the High Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Liaquat Hussain, has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of senior lawyer Khawaja Abdul Waheed.
In his condolence message, the Chief Justice extended heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and described the deceased as a principled, honest, and dedicated legal professional.
He stated that Khawaja Abdul Waheed served the legal profession with sincerity, integrity, and a strong sense of duty, and played a valuable role in promoting justice and upholding the rule of law.
The Chief Justice prayed that Almighty Allah grant the departed soul a high place in Jannah and give strength and patience to the grieving family to bear this irreparable loss.
